This page contains information for both online payment and the pay-by-check option.  Scroll down for check information.
Credit Card Payment:
If you are paying with a credit card via Google Checkout, you will need to fill out information as instructed.  Your registration form is not connected in any way to the Google Checkout process.  (Paying by credit card requires a Google Checkout account.)

Registrations paid online are eligible for a full refund (minus a $5 processing fee) through May 2, 2012.  All refunds must be negotiated with the Treasurer.
